How it works?

  1. Once you are subscribed you will receive a booking link for your complimentary call (online or in person). This call is around discovering what you want to achieve to allow us to create the perfectly tailored program for you.

  2. After the call we will set you up with your own account on the Team Buildr app (we provide all instructions on how to set this up)

  3. Get into the workouts!

How do I receive my training program?

  • After subscribing you will receive a link to complimentary deep dive to give us all the information we need to create your program.

  • After the call we will email you with with all the info on setting up your account on our teambuildr app.

  • Download the mobile app or log in via your computer to access your program

  • On top of that, you will receive an email with videos walking you through your program and how to use the app.

All programs come with a minimum 8-week commitment. However, you can switch anytime during that time to another program, but we recommend adhering to one program for at least 12 weeks to get the best results.
