Life is an adventure, and my strength and fitness allows me to fully embrace it—whether I'm rock climbing, mountain biking, scuba diving, or exploring new experiences that push my boundaries. I've experienced firsthand how physical strength opens up a world of possibilities, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same.

Suffering from a muscular developmental delay in my youth, which affected my ability to perform basic movements, I went to physical therapy to improve my muscular strength, motor skills and coordination. Simple tasks such as turning my head, kicking a ball, turning on a tap or pulling myself out of a pool were highly challenging.

I missed out on the joys of physical activity until I went to physical therapy. By trusting the process and maintaining consistency, I vastly improved my physical abilities, and now I enjoy making the most of the limitless potential that having a strong body allows. My leisure time is now spent rock climbing, mountain biking, scuba diving, and enjoying unexpected experiences that are the highlights of my life.

Apart from helping hundreds of clients achieve their performance and rehabilitation, I understand the challenges of feeling limited by your body. In my youth, I suffered from a muscular developmental delay that made basic movements (kicking a ball, speaking, pulling myself out of a pool) seem impossible. I overcame these physical challenges and found my life’s passion, the love for outdoor adventure sports.

Being a university-qualified sport and exercise expert with over eight years in the field with experience coaching at the Solomon Islands Institute of Sport, Brisbane Paralympic Football Team, and local football and sporting athletes to the mum and dad and Weekend Warrior, I understand how unique people’s needs are. I give a tailored approach to help you reach your individual goals.
